Deal Prediction LLC is a B2B client acquisition agency for commercial insurance agencies. Our website provides information about our services and allows users to apply and book a call with our team. We build and run business-to-business email outreach that helps our agency clients connect with prospective commercial customers. While we offer insights into our services online, all client engagements — including scope, deliverables, and terms — are finalized in a separate services agreement, with specific terms provided at that time.

Deal Prediction LLC does not use SMS to contact prospects, and does not send text messages on behalf of clients.
Any data collected from website visitors, prospects, or third parties in the course of providing our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Messages relate only to the call they booked with Deal Prediction: booking confirmations, call reminders, rescheduling, and post-booking follow-ups.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not send text messages to our clients' prospects, we do not use purchased or third-party lists, and we do not use SMS for lead generation or cold outreach.
Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per booked call.
